So you are on Tikamoza! Great ....
But this is just the beginning! Soon we will launch challenges from companies on Tikamoza for you to solve.
This is how it should work:
1. Each challenge gets its own studio
2. Reward money is set (min of 2500Euro)
3. You can request to participate by sending your motivation to the studio owner (company)
4. You can upload your ideas/designs/solutions (tika!)
5. The best 5 get rewarded for their work
In this way we want give organisations the opportunity to crowdsource ideas/designs/solutions for new products.
Of course we want to make it fair for both parties:
innovators
organisations
Any feedback or ideas on how to make this work best?

Some quick thoughts..
Organizations:
- provide sufficient criteria that can be measured somehow
- give reasons why they choose certain solutions and why not, with reference to their criteria
Innovators:
- provide solutions that match the given criteria
- should get rewarded in all occasion, even if they are not paid. Other rewards like reputation points might work.
Selection of solutions should be based on some given evaluation points that are given for each briefing:
- originality
- feasibility
- manufacturing/implementing costs
- presentation
- etc..
Tikamoza should function as a judge, who keeps it fair for both. Maybe Tikamoza should also be responsible for rejecting very low quality solutions that do not match the given criteria at all, to keep the quality high.
